Issue a new Hardware Key License
1. Plug your HW Key* into your computer’s USB port.
*NOTE: A permanent key has a blue label, a temporary key has a pink label.
2. Go to
www.iconics.com/supportworx, launch the Web Licensing Utility Site by clicking on
License Your Product

3. The Home page of the Web Licensing Utility Site will be loaded. Select the Hardware License Icon to access the Hardware License Options.

4. You will be required to log in to access the Hardware License Options. Insert your email address and password and click
Login. If you need help setting up a new login see section “Logging on to the Web Licensing Utility.”

5. Once on the Hardware Licensing page click on
Program License to issue your new Hardware Key License.

*NOTE: On the first time you will receive a prompt at the top of your screen to install an add-on. Click on it.

Install ActiveX Control.

6. You will now be directed to a page that tells you to plug in your Hardware Key if you have not already done so, then click
Next

7. On the Program License page type in your Product Registration number(s) and Customer Key and click
Next.

NOTE: Product Registration Number(s) and Customer Key(s) can be found on the back of the ICONICS CD/DVD case(s).
8. You will now be asked to identify an End User. If you are the End User, click on
Existing End Users and click on
I Am the End User at the bottom of the dialog box. That will bring up your information. If this information is accurate click
Next, if not click on
Edit and update as needed and click
Save.

9. If you are not the End User, but you have licensed a product for the customer before, also click on
Existing End Users and in this case click on the End User in the list that you want and click
Select

10. If you need to create a new End User, click on
Create New.

11. Fill out all of the fields and click
Save and then
Next.

12. On the next page you will be asked to select the products that you would like to add to the key. If it is a permanent key, only check off the products listed under
Permanent License. Then click on
Next at the bottom of the page.
If you are licensing a temporary key, those products are available to check off below the permanent ones.

13. Now you will see a summary of the products you have selected. If they are correct, click on
Complete.

14. You will then get a confirmation page showing what products have been registered. You (the person logged on) will get a confirmation email with this information for your records.
You should now have a license when you go to Actions -> View License.

Adding To or Removing From an Existing Hardware Key License
1. If you need to add or remove products from your Hardware Key License, follow steps 1 through 11 under the
Issue a New Hardware Key License section. Once on the page listing all of the licensed and available products, simply uncheck any that you may want to remove and check off any available ones that you may want to add

Killing a Hardware Key License
1. If you would like to remove all products from your Hardware Key License at once, you can click on
Kill License on the Hardware Licensing Page.

2. On the next page you will be reminded to make sure you Hardware Key is plugged into your computer. If it is, click
Next.

3. Now on the Kill License page you will be asked to review all of the products you are removing. If everything is correct, click
Complete.

4. You will then get a confirmation page showing what products have been removed and you (the person logged on) will get a confirmation email with this information for your records.
